Excellent staff.

Breakfast selection was limited and ran out. Onsen was filthy. Public toilets were dirty.

Big rooms, nice views, brekkie was great, got a couple of lifts, Jeff very helpful, tea coffee in lounge, good drying room, free washing machines, games and books, happy hour.

Young staff not very friendly to older guests…like no contact, uphill walk to lifts a bit tough .

The staff are wonderful. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. I really like the quality of the hot spring water. The breakfast was delicious and the quantity was very satisfying.

It would have been nice to have a soft drink vending machine. There were some disappointing points, such as the lock and the TV broadcast in the room.

The staff at the lodge checked on my grandchild's breakfast and prepared the breakfast with great care, and they were friendly and helpful in all aspects, making it easy to stay there.

It was a shame that the TV in the room was not able to watch domestic terrestrial digital programs as the main stay was for overseas guests. Also, the water temperature at the hot spring bathhouse is a little high, so I can't take a bath with small children, and my grandchildren don't want to take a bath. It was disappointing
